Wendy Greuel Backs Ted Lieu for CD 33

 
July 7, 2014 - Democrat Wendy Greuel has endorsed State Senator Ted Lieu in the race for Congressional District 33. Greuel, who previously served as Los Angeles City Controller, finished third in the June 3rd Primary.

“I’m happy to endorse Ted Lieu for Congress, " said Greuel.  "As candidates together in the primary, I learned firsthand of Ted’s dedication to our country, his tremendous grasp of the variety of issues a Member of Congress will face, as well as his knack for helping people with their day-to-day problems.  Ted is a person of the utmost integrity who I know will best represent our communities."

State Senator Ted Lieu's district comprises more than 80 percent of the voters in CD 33. Lieu is a long-time resident of the district, an Air Force veteran and has served time on the Torrance City Council, State Assembly and State Senate.
